News: Noor Gets A Two Year Deal |

  Nowadays you see her uncensored and soon you will see her on the big screen in Shaan's directorial film, Zillay Shah. Yes, we are talking about the pretty Noor who has been inundated with offers to work in films, not only in Pakistan but from across the border as well. But Noor ji is being very choosy as a good script holds the utmost importance for her. She says, "The reason for doing Shaan's film was the script. I will only work in films which carry good storyline. I am open to working and besides films, I have recently shot for two drama serials." According to the gossip-mongers, Noor's not accepting film offers is not just about scripts also but has something to do with her strained relationship with hubby dearest. Negating all the rumours, Noor clearly stated that her marriage is surely not on the rocks and it is the encouragement of her husband that she has come back to work in Pakistan but with a deadline of two years only! What can one say, Noor? The two-year deadline is adding fuel to the fire in the gossip-monger dictionary who will have a field day speculating otherwise.

Film Mohabtan Sachian was released on last Eid-ul-Fittar on October 14, 2007 and could break the record of Syed Noor's film Majajan, which celebrated platinum jubilee (75 weeks in Gujranwala . Veena Malik, Adnan Malik and Babrak Khan were main actors in this film.

How these individuals interact and the relationships they develop make for a very interesting plot. This telefilm leaves you thinking about the extremes of relationships and how insensitive human beings can be to each other.

 The legendry actor in Pakistan's Pashto movies Badar Munir passed away on October 11, 2008. He was 67 years old and sick in few years. He was hero of first ever Pashto movie in Pakistan - Yousuf Khan Sher Bano in 1970 and dominated Pashto movies in more than three decades. His Urdu film as hero - Dulhan ek raat ki in 1975 was another diamond jubilee super hit film. He appeared in more than 416 movies.
